Staff are mean and need to learn to communicate properly with residents, not throwing a tantrum.
*Update as of 2025: the issues have been fixed. Everything has been smooth so far. I hope going forward all issues will be addressed quickly and communicated fairly.* Although I love my home, the management for this building is really bad. Staff have no respect for residents. They enter the units without the resident's consent to inspect the fire alarm. I was in the washroom when the staff went in and didn’t hear them knock. Another thing is that they were wearing their boots inside without any covering.
