Staff have no respect for residents. They enter the units without the resident's consent to inspect the fire alarm. I was in the washroom when the staff went in and didn’t hear them knock. Another thing is that they were wearing their boots inside without any covering.
Rude concierge! She sent me out to buzz for the unit owner since am already in! So inconsiderate!
