Rude concierge! She sent me out to buzz for the unit owner since am already in! So inconsiderate!
*Update as of 2025: the issues have been fixed. Everything has been smooth so far. I hope going forward all issues will be addressed quickly and communicated fairly.* Although I love my home, the management for this building is really bad. Such as not getting my key on my closing date until four days later. Being told a horrible water odor is normal, to it actually not being safe to use for 2 weeks.
