I brought my car to Express Collision Center after being involved in a hit-and-run that damaged my door and fender. I did not bring the vehicle in for any headlight, electrical, or lighting modification work. During the repair process, I was told that I had brought the car in with a faulty headlight. Prior to the accident, I regularly drove this car at night for school and both headlights were working.
