The nurses had horrible bedside manner and the nurse practitioner totally dismissed us and what we came in for.
Went in today because I was feeling ill. The doctor did a covid test and said it should be ready in 2 hours. It is now past that and I called into check on the status. I have now been transferred 5 times to different agencies with Altru, each saying they were transferring me to the express clinic. This is maddening. I now have to leave for work, sure hope I don't have covid.
So far I haven’t had any issues with bringing my children in, thank God for their services and may God continue to bless them.
