The nurses had horrible bedside manner and the nurse practitioner totally dismissed us and what we came in for.
Went in today because I was feeling ill. The doctor did a covid test and said it should be ready in 2 hours. It is now past that and I called into check on the status. I have now been transferred 5 times to different agencies with Altru, each saying they were transferring me to the express clinic. This is maddening. I now have to leave for work, sure hope I don't have covid.
So far I haven’t had any issues with bringing my children in, thank God for their services and may God continue to bless them.
Do not come here unless you have to. The Drs are very quick to either make you feel like there is not an issue with your health or its the opposite and they will send you to the ER, regardless, without a followup on your care. Make it make sense?!
Apparently mental health crisis’ aren’t a “good enough” reason to see a doctor.
