So far I haven’t had any issues with bringing my children in, thank God for their services and may God continue to bless them.
Do not come here unless you have to. The Drs are very quick to either make you feel like there is not an issue with your health or its the opposite and they will send you to the ER, regardless, without a followup on your care. Make it make sense?!
Apparently mental health crisis’ aren’t a “good enough” reason to see a doctor.
SCAM. Altru is purposely pushing people toward their express clinic so they can charge an exorbitant "facility use" fee on top of the doctor visit fee. I have great insurance with a modest co-pay amount but the facility use charge they dreamed up isn't covered under the co-pay, just the doctor's visit. That means when I went to the express clinic for a 15 min visit, my insurance got double billed for the same visit and as such only covered the doctor's portion which leaves me, the patient, covering almost all the facility ch... read more
