This is the only Pawn Shop i ever go to. since the first visit they always provide A+ customer service and never disappoint. Thanks to everyone there!
Very displeased thant they wouldnt give me a refund on a ring i bought 10 min ago because they game false information on resizing it they needbto change their policy so that way customers know what kind of business they really run
The people of Cash Express Pawn were incredibly helpful and very friendly. They made the other pawn shops in Las Cruces look like crap, which they are!

This is the only pawn shop in town I do business with. Other shops in town give me the feeling they are shady and just want to screw you over. This place makes you feel at home, their staff is a collection of some of the most friendly people around, their manager is awesome, and they genuinly want to help. I recommend doing business with this pawn shop only. You will not be disappointed!
I've been a long-time customer of Cash Express for about 10 years and to be followed around the store like if I'm going to steal something upsets me and even after I left the gentleman who was following me still even stayed looking out the window to make sure I left, Cash Express has always being good to me but sad to say I'm just going to have to take my business somewhere else when that particular gentleman is working
