After patronizing this business for three years, I recently had my first interaction with an employee. Unfortunately, there was still grime on the front end of my car, and I was approached by an employee named Shane, who offered to hand wash it off. Shane went above and beyond and is exactly what I hope to see and management!

I want to give a shout out to these guys. I've used this for place years and never had a problem. Recently, the machine "ate my money". I knocked on the door, no answer. I called the number on the door, left a message and received a prompt and full refund! Thanks!
