These guys were great to work with! They are reasonably priced compared to other companies in the area and the carpets looked amazing. My landlord said they looked brand new.

I contacted Express with an emergency - I needed someone to clean our carpets before company came after our dog drug a bottle of honey around the house. Express did an amazing job! They were very accommodating and were able to get the dingy spots up. Will definitely use them again!

DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS! They DO NOT answer their phones, over the 7 times i called and left voicemails. I had to communicate solely through text. They said they could put me as the last job of the day and that would be 3-4 pm. They texted at 1:00 pm saying they were going to come early at 2 and i said i was not ready for them yet, and to come later. They said that they could take a break then come. I said 2:30 or the original time of 3 works. So then they took about a 2 hour break and forgot to reply to me until about 5 ... read more

Alan did a spectacular job cleaning the carpets in my rental prior to checkout. He was communicative throughout the service, providing pictures as he went and advising of an additional cost to treat some tough dirt tracks on my stairs, and was a joy to chat with before and after. All promises made as advertised were kept, and you cannot beat their rates! I will gladly recommend Express to anyone needing their services - they have a future repeat customer in me!
