I have been to other express cares through the community health network and they have all been amazing. This particular location in Rutland is terrible! My boyfriend went there today to be seen by a doctor because he is very very sick. He used an at home test for Covid, which showed a positive result. He contacted his employer. His employer advised for him to stay home, but to just be seen by a doctor to confirm that positive test result. While the staff is friendly and professional, the wait times are excessively long, indicating a need for additional staffing. For those with a busy schedule, the extended wait can be a significant inconvenience.
If I could give them negative stars I would. Receptionist is insanely rude and unprofessional. I was lied to multiple times stating they had tried contacting me when they never did. My phone was in my hand, ringer on for hours while I waited in my car like instructed. Not once, but twice for a total of SIX hours while sick. Absolutely insane and disgusting way to treat those coming to you seeking help.
