While the staff is friendly and professional, the wait times are excessively long, indicating a need for additional staffing. For those with a busy schedule, the extended wait can be a significant inconvenience.
If I could give them negative stars I would. Receptionist is insanely rude and unprofessional. I was lied to multiple times stating they had tried contacting me when they never did. My phone was in my hand, ringer on for hours while I waited in my car like instructed. Not once, but twice for a total of SIX hours while sick. Absolutely insane and disgusting way to treat those coming to you seeking help.
Thank you for your swift and caring staff. Dr. Even went above and beyond to give me puppy tips and reading material options. Take care!
