If you want actual medical attention do not go at the end of the day. I went at 5:30 they close at 8. It was obvious to me that the doctor didn’t want to actually help me in anyway because she told me that, I should be starting to feel better now and my symptoms should be starting to resolve themselves now, but they haven’t at all. Everyone was awesome from the front desk lady to the nurse and doctor. I would go back again. The wait was not long. They called me at home with my blood work results the same night, so i wouldn't worry about it until the next day. One of the best medical places i have been seen by.

I have been to other express cares through the community health network and they have all been amazing. This particular location in Rutland is terrible! My boyfriend went there today to be seen by a doctor because he is very very sick. He used an at home test for Covid, which showed a positive result. He contacted his employer. His employer advised for him to stay home, but to just be seen by a doctor to confirm that positive test result. While the staff is friendly and professional, the wait times are excessively long, indicating a need for additional staffing. For those with a busy schedule, the extended wait can be a significant inconvenience.
