Staff and Provider are the best
I'm a straight UMMC Jackson person/patient...I recently started going by the After Hours Clinic. However, I got sick during the ice storm and it wasn't open. A colleague told me about the Express Clinic, and it was surely open after the effects of the bad weather. Long story short...I've been back twice. The NP's are the BEST. I saw a different one on each visit. The waist is long, but it's worth it. The receptionist needs a bit more training on being professional/social, but the medical help is awesome.
They turned down a sick elderly man an hour before they were scheduled to close. He then proceeded to fall in their parking lot due to his illness, and ended up in the ER.
