Is this place even open!?! Driving home from work in terrible pain and duress, I tried giving them a call on my way to make sure they were open/I could get in. The phone just kept ringing and putting me on hold for a loop until eventually I was already there at the doors. Lucky for me there was a paper sign on the door that said closed. That really would have been nice to know ANY OTHER WAY before wasting my time driving there in pain! Nowhere on the web or on telephone did it mention this business is closed. The waiting area had one other patient, however I still waited 50 minutes to be called back. Once in a room, I waited another 30 minutes to be seen by the Physician’s Assistant. The PA told me that she did not know “what strep throat looked like without tonsils because there are not textbook pictures of it.” I could hear the staff talking in the hallway about other patients, it was very unprofessional and took way too long to be seen. I will never go back there again.
