The most unprofessional medical office I've ever experienced. I was ridiculed by a nurse at the front desk for following my primary care physicians instructions. When a 'doctor' saw me,. the 1st thing out of his mouth was a gruff/rude "so,.. what do you want me to do for you?". If you're having hypertensive crisis or allergic reaction go somewhere else. I wouldn't take my dog here after the way I was treated. I went in because my BP was 20 points above my normal reading upon waking and was literally told not to worry about i... read more

We never even got back to see a Dr. The front desk staff was so rude that I wouldn’t have let them treat my dog much less my daughter! I will be reporting this first thing Monday!!!
Nice and friendly staff
I was just in that clinic and I was told because they had several people in the clinic for me to leave and call back at 1130 to see if they had emptied out the clinic because they was leaving early because it’s Christmas Eve. The patients to me is the reason they have urgent care but to tell me at 1046 to call back at 1130 to see if they could fit me in. That’s a reflection on that clinic that’s awful business. She said you can go to ER!!!
