The LPN is one of the rudest medical professionals I've ever met idk what her problem was that day but I looked away for a one second and she started screaming that I was being disrespectful towards her
I called to ask if they did school physicals and they said yes, but to be there before 12:20 pm. When I called it was 11:30 am. I have never been to this location but I have gone to San Jose. I went to my daughter's school checked her out and proceeded to go to PMS. When I get there they tell me that I need the paper work and I proceeded to do that.
