Terrible experience! I'm an employee of an AHN hospital. I checked in online ahead of time and arrived at 12:30. I checked in at the desk and proceeded to wait for 2 hours. At the 2 hour mark, the desk called my name. I was told I hadn't been checked in properly. The person at the desk checked with the doctor who said I would have to wait for the 3 people ahead of me (who all came after I had arrived) to be seen first.
