I went in with right-side abdominal pain, worried it might be appendicitis. The nurse practitioner, Leah Bond, assured me it was just constipation, even though the X-ray didn’t really support that diagnosis. She didn’t even consider a CAT scan to rule out appendicitis. I was seen in a very short amount of time. Unfortunately 75 minutes later and my prescription still wasn’t sent to the pharmacy one floor down. I came back up twice to get them sent or written on a prescription pad so I can get them filled. They were not very pleasant or professional. We took my daughter here in the evening and we got there at 6:50 PM. The practice closes at 7. It says it on the door and online. When we arrived, all the lights were off and nobody was there. I knocked on the back door where there were lights on, but I couldn’t see in and no one answered.
