Did the best she could do without being able to perform blood work. Answered my questions clearly and helped clarify concerns.

The care I received was adequate and my issues were taken care of. However, I find the $25 weekend/holiday charge to be a bit dishonest. Is this policy posted somewhere in the office? I was not told I would be charged an additional fee ...for seeking care at clinic meant for times when your primary care isn't accessible. The very first line on the website... "No one can anticipate when medical care will be needed" should be followed with "But we're going to charge you more if it happens on the weekend."
