First time patient here, and i was very happy with the care i was given, and the welcoming reception by the front desk, and Rebbeca wasted no time and took good care of me, after calling 3 other places that wouldnt even see me.
I will/would not recommend this place to anyone. I was seen a few months ago having an ear ache. Whoever was working said my ears needed to be flushed out and I agreed and the regret begins. The lady who flushed my ears clearly did not know what she was doing and shot water in my ear like she was using a squirt gun, and acted like she didn’t understand why I was screaming in pain. Do NOT visit this urgent care. Told the young Dr about sinusitis and she gave allergy meds (which of course didn’t help and paid $60 for) and wouldn’t give antibiotics. She expected a revisit to her for antibiotics 5 days later. NO. Don’t waste your time and money.
Did the best she could do without being able to perform blood work. Answered my questions clearly and helped clarify concerns.
