I was see on 7/15/22 for complaints of flu like systems that I have been experiencing sense 7/03. Dr Webb examined me and after a simple vital signs exam from his LPN determined that my problem was a sinus infection and I was treated with amoxicillin. The only physical exam was the good doctor cramming his finger under my left eye and asking me if it hurt. Of course it did.
