It depends on the doctor. I've been here before and I was in and out in an hour, this time it's been 3.5 hours. ER would have been quicker.
i just left without being seen. the exam room i waited in was filthy. i was concerned that i would not receive adequate healthcare while being treated in such an unsanitary environment.
Don't go here just to get a covid test. It took over two hours. I think they charge insurance companies for a doctor consultation for any reason, unlike everywhere else I've been tested for covid.
I always have a great experience. I’m usually in and out about 30-40 minutes, some days it’ll be an hour but that doesn’t take away from their customer service. I gave four stars because I forgot the PA name but she was so rude on two occasions I had her and one bad apple spoils the bunch. I still highly recommend them.
