After waiting almost 30 minutes with our vehicle in line to get an oil change and the ultimate car wash, the lady at the counter used her authority to put a vehicle in line in front of us... not cool at all. We have two vehicles that have been serviced and washed by Express Wash & Lube for three years. You won’t ever get our business again!
My family & I have always appreciated the friendly, quality service that we have received at Express Wash & Lube. Even June, the lobby dog, is friendly & welcomes attention. If I ever had a problem with their service or one of their employees, all I had to do was talk to Charles, Jason, or Barbara and they were willing to find an equitable solution. This is a business run by good home-town folks!!!
Love the quick and easy service! They wash and vacuum your car and dry it when you leave so you don’t have any residue spots. My son liked watching the car go through and loved playing in the kids corner while we waited.
I was a customer for years but customer service has declined. Will not be going back. Will be searching for a new place to oil changed . Never again
