I will never recommend this place to anyone, the manager/owner is really rude He acts like a police. I am not from El Paso and I went for car wash and I was following the google map it said to go thru a way they wrote exit I didn’t get to turn my car as there was another car behind me. Place looks abandoned
I had a bad experience at Express Car Wash. The owner was completely focused on his business rather than customer satisfaction, immediately stating he would charge me $10 extra because of mud. When I tried to inquire about deals or package promotions, I was dismissed, and even laughed at. Despite there being 45 minutes until closing, the owner seemed to have a sense of urgency and practically pushed me out, saying 'the exit is that way,' instead of discussing options.
