Had new home built in 2010 since then have had many issues, windows leak water, attic not vented properly with caused mold, , had to have professional cleaned and re vented and insulation, shingle have damage will need to be replaced soon, drywall seams separating, plumbing and electrical issues,I wouldn't recommend them to build a dog house
