Great window shades and fast installation. Bill has been great to work with and even offered to come help pull down a shade so the window could be replaced.
We should have read the reviews for this company before placing an order as we experienced many of the same problems others have. Bill is a nice guy, but his follow-thru and attention to detail is lacking. Our Hunter Douglas blinds were hung and one of them was severely lopsided, where one side was hanging lower than the other...at a slant. Bill also installed three blinds under one valance and left a large gap between two of the blinds. Bill McCann (Express Blinds) is a nice guy and clearly provides great face. He primarily sells Norman products that are decent for the price point. Bill also does the installation which is quick but overall attention to detail could be better. The reason I'm giving Express Blinds and Bill a 3-star review is the order was wrong and the follow-up is not good. UNPROFESSIONAL service, UNRELIABLE products and POOR workmanship. I paid over $8000 for roller blinds that were badly measured, not well fitted and that began malfunctioning within a few weeks of installation. They ignore most calls and messages. Initial transaction around November 2021, now it's July 2022 and they have not fixed the issues.
