I received a bill, I've tried to call several times. The general mailbox hangs up on you. The bill they sent isn't for a date I was even at the doctor and if it is legit, they clearly didn't run it through my insurance.
Where is the online payment portal? That should be front and center on the website.
You have to call them and leave a message and wait for a call back to get set up on their online payment portal. Ideally it should be readily available and self serviceable from going to their website.
