Absolute con artists and charlatans! The worst experience I’ve ever had with any company! Stephen and Malcolm both have the gift of the gab when they’re selling you something but ignore you completely when there’s a problem. Our bathroom fit began 4 months ago (so much for 5 days!), and they’ve caused even more problems (shower leaking through to floor below), with shoddy workmanship. The company blames the fitter (Ian Danks), and the fitter blames the company, and we are no further forward. Avoid this company at all costs!
From the planning to the fitting excellent experience. Big thanks to Mark the fitter. No mess or issues. Will highly recommend. Great transformation. Really happy
Had our Bathroom done and we absolutely Love it what a Transformation from our old one. Karl the fitter was Excellent even though he wasn't feeling too great he carried out the work with a Superb Attitude and his Workmanship is Fantastic one of the best I've seen. We are both totally blown with the Bathroom Love it and would Definitely Recommend these guys. EDIT........ Would give 0 if I could. Absolute cowboys from the salesmen Steve & Malcolm to the fitter Paul. No aftersales. Had a bathroom fitted flooring didn't lay correctly and had been laid over open floor boards, advised it was a floating floor but asked for them to come and lay something underneath. Now after a leak through the ceiling as the bath had 1 shoddy layer of silicone round it and 1 tiny piece of ply board under the 2 feet kept moving an causing water to go down the back every time someone had a shower. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS I usually don't spend time writing reviews, but I feel a responsibility to warn others about this company. My late father, who was also my landlord, initially hired them to install a new bathroom. My dad suffered from Motor Neuron Disease, so it was crucial to find someone trustworthy. Stephen, the company director, came to our home to discuss the project.
