Met with Daniel the owner today to look at a car that he was storing there. Very nice guy, took the time to show me, and explain the car. Just wanted to say I had a positive experience, and would look to them for future service.
I took .y car in to have battery checked. They told me I needed a new battery. Not sure why., because I had just purchased, one at advance auto. For whatever reason 🙄 they told me I needed a new one. Unaware I could have taken it back where I had purchased it. They charged me 70 dollars for a new one not good on anyones behalf.
Express auto put the wrong axle in my dad‘s car. It was 2 1/2 inches too long, which could’ve led to catastrophic transmission failure, or worse. My dad was told by a certified mechanic to stop driving the car until it was fixed. My dad bought a new CV axle and took it to another mechanic. The new mechanic after having the car for two hours, called my dad and said they couldn’t get the CV axle out and had to order a special tool from Nashville to remove it, the next day they got it out and put a new axle in. They put wrong part in my car,,almost tearing transmission up. Had to take to a different place all together this cost me$1107.32,to have a cv axle boot put on be very careful. He doesn't know what he is doing,,,,,,or does he
