I had my oil changed today, they let me watch. I really appreciate that, I'm a nosey old guy and love to ask questions. They were very nice. The owner was the one who changed my oil. Husband and wife team, I like it.
We are full time RVers trying to head out on a three month trip when we had an issue late on a Friday afternoon. We had our vehicle towed to Express Automotive, pretty certain we would have to delay our plans. Not only did their mechanic stay late to fix the problem, but the owner came to our RV site to pick me up to retrieve the car. Unbelievable. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Thanks Timothy!
