I am changing my review. Xpress Auto is a great shop. Honest and great work. Josh and Jesse and the best. I had a horrible experience with Gary who I never want to deal with again. When I first called after telling him what I needed he just announced knowing nothing WE DO NOT TAKE CREDIT CARDS OVER THE PHONE IN SUCH A NASTY VOICE. First of all Josh took my credit card over the phone last time I was there. This time I was not even going to do that. Super professionals, legit honest guys who offer the best service in town.
This is a great shop. I am so grateful I found them after getting ripped off by my last mechanic. They are totally honest which is rare today, have the best prices, great mechanics and everyone is so nice and friendly. Shout out to Josh who is the one I always ask for when I call and he is so patient and explains everything so well. The owner is awesome too! Thank you for top service and I highly recommend them for anything you need done to your car.
I had a very positive experience with these guys. After being scammed by other mechanics .I had an engine put in my car , my car now runs beautifully ! The service was fast , they often kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. Overall I am very satisfied with Express auto.
