I deal with the express auto in battle creek but have to take it to kzoo to get it serviced. My car has been in the shop more then i had it on the road. But i can say that they make sure that there faithful customers are satisfied. I did call them and was being a little rude and im sorry for that, that was out of frustration. When they had my car the first time they broke my windsheild and fixed it. They told me when they first had that they would take care of everything and they did. All i had to pay was my deductible.
