Just had major suspension work performed at Stress-Free in La Mesa. Aaron was great getting me set up at a competitive price with good quality parts. Dave, the Senior technician, is exceptional, highly skilled with too many years of experience to count. He has been servicing my old truck for many years. They provide honest assessments of the needs of my truck, and don’t recommend work that isn’t required. Highly recommend them.
Very informative and Courteous. Best part was final bill was much less than estimate. They took the time to research better options!! So grateful!
Aaron who checked me in, was incredibly sweet and helpful. Much nicer than the woman I talked to when I called to schedule my appointment. The prices are higher than the auto shop that was here prior to Stress Free Auto, however I had some coupons which made it incredibly reasonable. They do suggest add-ons like brake flushes and A/C assessments. I did the brake flush, but that one item cost me half of my total bill. No longer reasonable.
