Stay away from this company. We paid Express Auto Logistics to transport a vehicle from Copart. They confirmed the pickup, then the driver refused the load and never canceled it in the system, blocking other carriers. We tried to contact them through their website with the tracking function that doesn't work at all. Multiple attempts to communicate through phone and email didn't help.
