They do a bad job in my car and not want to honor the guarantee
My windshield was replaced back on July of 2020 by Express Auto Glass. 3 months later I noticed specks in the windshield as if it had been sand blasted. Called them, they replaced the windshield on the 14th of May. Didn't drive the car for 2 days, when I did take the car out, I noticed the same defect as the previous windshield. Called them again but refused to have them replace the windshield.
The service was fast and the technician was on time. Thankful the team recalibrating my drive assist cameras followed up because I would have forgot otherwise.
They came to my house and showed me dings in my windshield that I didn't even realize were there. 2 days later they came and installed a brand new windshield, free of charge. I would recommend this company to anyone.
