I always like to try and repair things myself whenever possible. Still, there are some things beyond the scope of my abilities. When I called Express Auto to ask a few questions about a parasitic draw issue on my vehicle's electrical system, Steve at the front desk patiently answered all of my questions over the phone even before I had scheduled for any service.
