I love express auto they are very friendly people to work with I like working with the Battle Creek staff Trevor is a really cool guy to work with very positive i was in a very tough situation didn’t know what to do and he was very friendly and positive and helpful but before driving off lot make sure you get the car that you want expected by a mechanic because the responsibility is half or more of yours to get it fixed

We were given a car. That we basically wasn't even allowed to test drive because it was and they didn't have no gas cards but told us. That if we came back the following morning they would fill up the car for 3 days Before we even realized there's a sticker on the front.Windshield to said that the car is not to be sold.. You could. Trevor was wonderful! He was also patient and understanding in all aspects and went above and beyond to get us the car that we wanted! We came in with a certain car in mind and he managed to make it happen, he explained everything perfectly and answered any and all questions we had! When other dealerships had high down payments express auto gave us a low one. I would recommend going through express auto! Ask for Trevor!
