Takes advantage of you in any way possible. I was told a car was one price then during signing it was actually 10k more than what they said. Had to take it to the shop a week after where they had it for months. Finally got it back and it had more problems than before. The car is a lemon and they sold it to me for twice the price brand new. Terrible customer service. During signing the salesman was blasting rap music and asked if I was married. Then asked why I wasn't wearing my ring. Very creepy.
This place is a joke 💯
If I could give this place zero Stars I would. I purchased a vehicle August of 2025. I had nothing but issues and they had to replace the battery. Shortly after the battery was replaced, they hit the disabling kill switch via GPS when they were not supposed to, + it killed my alternator and battery. I let them know in September, by mid-october the car was 100% non-drivable. DO NOT RECOMMEND GETTING A CAR FROM THEM FROM ANY LOCATION ALL THERE CARS COME WITH PROBLEMS THAT THET REFUSE TO FIX OR THEY WANT TO SCHEDULE YOU IUT A MONTH OR FOR JUST TO GET THE VEHICLE CHECKED OUT THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT GOOD TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE ESPECIALLY NOT THE KALAMAZOO IR BATTLE CREEK LOCATION
