Scam, selling cars that don't work
I bought a 2010 Prius from Carlos. The engine had a blown head gasket! He took out the thermostat so it could cool somewhat decent. He didn’t disclose anything about the engine issues to me! He told me that he drove it for a couple of weeks before he sold it to me and everything was good 👍 I had it for one week before cooling issues started and check engine light appeared on the dashboard! Long story short don’t buy anything for this rip off artist!
Complete scam there 90 day warranty isn’t even a warranty left my car there 3 times to get it fixed came back with the same problem, luckily my lawyer said we could win big, if anyone needs help with a lawyer contact me
Do not buy from this place!!! They pretend to be friendly and nice and then will not call you back or do what they say they would do. I purchased a vehicle from them and when I got it home found to have a rear main seal leak and broken motor mount. Called them back right away and was told they will pay for a portion of the rear main seal replacement. I have bought 6 vehicles in the past 12 years and this was hands down the very best car buying experience I ever had. Carlos was very helpful and took the time needed to run me through the truck, the deal, the lender, etc. He was extremely transparent and not pushy, and was very easy to deal with. His inventory is solid and he got me a surprisingly good deal with a lender. He also offers warranty on all vehicles, which means a lot of peace of mind. I will never buy a car anywhere else.
