I had taken my Prius to two other mechanics and and his case I said I just had a problem with the engine and one of the mechanics said that I might as well junk the car. Phil White and Shane have serviced all three of my vehicles for over 8 years. I absolutely trust their recommendations and their work. They listen to my concerns and comments and have always steered me in the right direction. Their work is timely. I like being able to schedule service with them. Tried to make an appointment for an inspection. I was told, “sorry, we only do inspections in the morning”. I said that’s a problem for my work schedule. Phil then replied, “a problem for you, not for me”. I would never let such an uncaring individual touch my car. You should think twice before trusting this establishment.
