I had an appointment with Jeff to come out and appraise the house. He came out on a Monday morning, and was very thorough. He said it would be a couple days to get the appraisal back to us. It took 6 working days and a phone call to get it. Jeff explained he wanted to get it right, and certain items left in the house made it more of a challenge. Very pleased with the overall experience with Express and would recommend them to anyone needing their services. Thank you Jeff and Express Appraisal.

Zero integrity. They will intentionally leave off damage and real comps to inflate the numbers for a divorce hearing. I printed the estimates for the roof needing replaced and it was left off. The closest comp in MY OWN NEIGHBORHOOD was left off intentionally because it was 1k sqft bigger and $40k cheaper. Do better. Be honest.
Yes INDEED, 5 stars for EXPRESS APPRAISALS. Going through a horrific DIVORCE this company and it's owner RYAN T. did a FANTASTIC JOB for me. Being on time ( I was an anxious mess), extremely professional ( no one with torn jeans and careless verbiage), spot on track appraisal( I mean perfectly done with pictures and measurements) and all the paper work completed ON TIME and to me. AMAZING and way above standards. EXCELLENT enough for any JUDGE to look at to help make important decisions. I didn't need any one else to help me... read more
