We were set up for an appointment the following day. Don, called to verify the time that same day. He also called when he was on the way. Time and again, year after year my wife and I can count on Di Christopher Appliance to provide quick and reliable appliance service. Just today we called on our refrigerator and he was there within 2 hours of my call. Got our 28 yr old refrigerator back up and running at a reasonable price! We figured we were going to have to buy a new one. Customer Service, this company gets it. Thanks sir! A+ all the way!!
DiChristopher Appliance Service responded the next day, promptly diagnosed the washer's problem and ordered the parts. Two days later the washer was fixed. Excellent service!

Don was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with our refrigerator/freezer, followed up with the part manufacturer of the needed part, kept us informed and installed in a timely manner.
