She went to the website, found out that her fridge brand is not serviced by you, checked out your FAQs and was able to troubleshoot/fix her fridge!! Fast, efficient, knowledgeable, accommodating.... And, something that can (sadly) be rare.... My technician LISTENED, and did not dismiss! 👏🏻 (Even though the problem was not evident, upon first glance.) ...Which, resulted in actually resolving a long-standing problem that had previously been dismissed by others!
