The Manager, Michelle, is a chronic liar, the company a big fraudulent scam. After our initial call to repair a 4-year-old stove in one of our rentals, the repair man just did not show for a week. Once he did show, he diagnosed the problem and ordered a replacement part. He eventually showed up again to do the repair just to find out he ordered the wrong part. They just simply take your money upfront for parts they claim that they need. No parts and no service after that, they just keep the money. What follows are hanging up the phone, put on hold endlessly just to be told Michelle will call back (good luck) and one lie after the other that the payment to reimburse the money is scheduled or a cheque is in the mail. total scam. STAY AWAY! I repeat, stay away from this “repair company” and seek another professional and ethical one. I have been experiencing Dryer Vent issues and after self-diagnosing the problem, I reached out to a (what I thought was) professional company for aid. I regret calling Express Appliance Repair. While booking the service call, I confirmed with the sales rep (3 different times) that their Service Technician would call me 30 mins prior to arrival on my property as it was my rental property and I don’t live there.
