I have been using Express Alterations since I moved here almost 16 years ago. They have always done a great job. I have used them to hem pants and to sew rank and patches on military uniforms. I always recommend them to other military members because they have done a perfect job sewing on rank and patches on my uniforms. Most unprofessional alterations shop ever! – I wish I could give them 0 stars. I have now been to this place four times for alterations - and two of the four times they carelessly messed up whatever they were working on, and then very rudely denied responsibility and tried to blame it on me. The first time, they were fixing a broken zipper on a pair of pants and they used dark orange thread instead of white, which was what the pants originally had, so all of their repair work stood out like a sore thumb, with such a differen... read more

Perfect for bridal party alterations – David's bridal was going to charge me double the price and take a month to do my bridesmaid dress alterations. Express Alterations had friendlier staff and a much faster turnaround time, I will be bringing all my alterations to them from now on.
