Wanted so badly to give Eli and his company a great review. But after having 2 ducted minisplit systems installed in a duplex I have and neither of them working properly.... and Eli not honoring his 1 year service contract and not answring emails, texts or phone calls I had to call a seperate Daiken dealer only to find out the systems he installed for each side of the duplex were both undersized for the area and improperly installed. My hvac was installed in my new build poorly by these guys. There are multiple issues with the installation including using styrofoam instead of a metal casing, duct work not properly sealed, and no water shut off valve. I tried calling them and get in contact with a guy named Marvin but no response. Starting to seem like they are dodging me. My hvac is still under warranty so just trying to talk to someone who can help
This company installed my AC unit last year. My primary drain line recently broke and I called Elias to get a quote and possibly schedule an appointment. I called on Tuesday (10/3) and sent him pictures of the issue. He said he would stop by on Wednesday. I have not heard from him since. I ended up paying another company to resolve the issue after dealing with the heat with no AC for multiple days. They informed me that the "previous (drain line) was not pipe threaded with sealant" as it should have been.
