Very unprofessional, trying to get information and they transfer without asking the other person so the call goes to voicemail. Tried calling back and they just hang up the phone.
Be wary of this shipping company that ships to Nigeria they lie and are unprofessional. And now they have even made the process to ship to Nigeria much stricter. You are better off using aramex shop and ship
