I’m a local resident in Bayonne, just needed my mini split serviced, saw the great reviews and said why not My appointment had a 3 hour window, service tech never came, not even a phone call I HAD TO CALL THEIR OFFICE TO SEE IF HE WAS STILL COMING! Asked to speak to manager, it’s been 3 days, still waiting for a call back. Then after 3 hours they asked if I wanted to reschedule?! I'm shocked there are so many positive reviews of this company. I called them to look at our split unit AC that was spitting out black dirt. "Mour" showed up with no tools and no ladder. Told us that it was probably a belt inside that would eventually stop spitting things out. He didn't open anything, didn't clean anything and charged me $200 even though I was told a service call was $125. I now have to find someone else to actually clean my AC unit. I hope this saves someone money by not using this company.

I've used them a couple of times and have found their technicians to be extremely helpful and courteous. I called today to schedule an appointment for my mom's home and even though they were booked, they fixed her ac today. they provides great service all around.

System has been running fine for 3 days now. Got 2 years warranty and will get some rebate from utility company. I has called several other companies. Will recommend to others. Great price and service.
