They took advantage of my 80 year old mother. She lives alone. Scheduled for her air ducts to be cleaned, with an estimate of $79. They told her they needed to replace pipes with costs estimated at $3,500. They pressured her into consenting with a reduced offer of $2,500, and said the decision had to be made ASAP. I was immediately put at ease after meeting ***** and was told what to expect from the vent cleaning he was going to do. Our house was built in 2016 and the vent was only cleaned once before we moved here in 2019. The vent was terribly clogged as well as the roof vent needed repair also.. I was amazed how quickly and efficiently the job was completed and ***** was pleasant and informative the entire time. I will gladly recommend Express Air Duct Cleaning

From the beginning, Express has been extremely professional, informative, and responsive. I originally called a few months ago to schedule air duct and dryer vent cleaning. The representative inquired about why I was planning on cleaning the air ducts. When I informed them of the fact that we were remodeling the house and moving in, they actually recommended scheduling cleaning after all the renovations were done (to be able to clean out any additional dust produced from the renovations). We received an estimate on Monday and scheduled for Thursday. They arrived as scheduled.The team was thorough in their work, did a great job cleaning the ducts and cleaning up any of their mess. We feel better breathing cleaner air. They explained all the work they did and suggestions for regular maintenance.

I was "ripped-off" today and have issued a stop payment on the check I wrote for $650. from my Bank of Tampa checking account. Express Air Duct Cleaning advertises $149. per AC unit. I live in a tiny 400 square foot studio garage apartment. David immediately up-charged me to $850 after he located the compressor and coils in the garage and said we needed a UV light to kill the mold and that would be an extra $290, and the coils needed to be cleaned, another uncharge of an undisclosed amount. Express Air Duct Cleaning are Scammers! Taking advantage of people - lying about duct guarentee. Upcharged and charged more than what was quoted on the phone. ExpressAirDuctCleaning.com was hired by my son's realator to clean the dryer vent in their small townhouse in Riverview, FL.
