I had a horrible experience. I drove two hours for this appointment, and it was a complete disappointment. I wasn’t assigned to Katie I was assigned to another stylist who was extremely rude from the start. She told me that if I had any issues with my hair after my service, she would not fix them. Braiding is average. Customer Service is horrible. Pricing is fair. Plan to stay all day with no breaks. A client walked out with half of her braided. The Braiders are loud and talk over you in their native language!

Their work looks okay, but my experience was frustrating. I drove 30 minutes to the shop after being told over the phone that I could get small knotless braids for $280. Once I arrived, I was suddenly told they “don’t do SMALL knotless” after previously saying they did. Then I was told I’d have to pay much more for the style I originally asked for, and instead they tried to push me toward medium braudw, which is not what I booked or wanted. Let me start by saying , I have not been to an African Braiding shop in years and this is the reason why. I went into the shop during the week to get a quote on small knotless waist length. Nobody asked to see a picture reference so I assumed that they knew what small looked like. I was told to grab a card and call the owner when I walked out. Hey! I came in on March 26th with no appointment and only waited about 10 minutes before getting my hair done. They were super fast, very nice, and worked quickly without rushing the quality. The prices are affordable too. I’ll definitely be back!
