As mentioned in previous reviews. This company is fraud. Their partnered company VIP trans took my money and did not issue my refund. No one answers phone calls hoping you simply move on. I need my refund!! Called all your numbers and no is answering. The VIP trans man said “do what ya gotta do”
This company is being frauded by an individual who states he is an employee of this company. We learned the hard way on our wedding day that this individual will state he works for this company, pocket your money and May or may not send the shuttles promised in your contract. We had a horrible experience through this individual that we had to deal with on our wedding day. With not only a late arrival but not enough shuttles to escort our guests.
