Unethical practices , rude and unprofessional manager in Miami The scales used by this business need to be regulated and inspected . There are major discrepancies with the scales used by the Post Office . They remove items from the boxes and do not notify their clients. It is a hassle trying to locate the items removed and dealing with rude people. They offer no real solutions to their clients other than pay more money for their services. I Do NOT recommend
