Gerald was very professional with me yesterday and I highly recommend him if you're looking for a super high quality cut in this building. You can tell he takes hair care very seriously and is very passionate about everything hair. You won't won't be disappointed by booking with him. Wait time is long but it's worth it to get your hair cut in studio #28
If you are looking for good customer service, this is definitely not the place you're looking for, Although Gerald does some fine hair cut but his little Ego gonna cause his carrier one day. being late 10-15min most of the time, and will often ignore your appointment message. Most important thing is that he will take photos of you without your permission and upload on his website for his ads, clearly he doesn't know what's portrait rights (guess he's gonna see lots of customer in court soon)
