This review is based on an encounter with Joelene over the phone. She is rude, aggressive and demanding. This behaviour is shocking especially when it is directed at the messenger of one of their clients and it felt very personal to me. Absolutely horrific attitude from someone trying to get business. This company has otherwise never been an issue so i am very surprised
