something was wrong with my 65 inch tv and i had just purchased a new bulb. The owner came out to my house to look at. He cautioned me on the phone that it could a up to a \$300 plus fix based on what I described. He noticed that the screws werent in properly on the bulb tray. He tightened them up properly and I havent had any problems since. It was only a charge for the service call! Thank you for being very honest!
