Expo Limousine's team was wonderful to work with! The wedding we were working on together was on the night of Newburyport's annual Yankee Homecoming festival where they scheduled to take trips to and from the North Shore to downtown Newburyport dropping off guests from the wedding. It was no small task, but they were so communicative and reliable that everything went off as planned. I strongly recommend working with them and would be thrilled to be on the same vendor team once again!
⭐ 1/5 Very disappointing experience with Expo Limo. We rented a stretch limousine expecting a fun, high-quality experience, but the radio did not work. I had to use my own speaker just so we could have music inside the limo. After paying for a stretch limousine, this was completely unacceptable. Expo Limo refused to offer any discount or compensation. Horrible experience, poor customer service, and definitely not worth the money. I’ve used them 3 times and the service is always top notch. Price wise they are very fair. I highly recommend them
Found out on wedding day no working AC in brides limo, and limos left before scheduled time to leave so elderly godparents had to walk down steep flights of stairs. They tried to remedy the situation but are now MIA
October 2024 wedding - do not book with them. I booked a 22 passenger limo for a wedding shuttle. 22 people do not fit in this. Maybe about 15 people fit. On my contract with them, we agreed on a 2:00 and 2:30 pick up from the hotel for guests, to the venue. The limo driver came and brought the wedding party to the venue but then never went back to pick up the wedding guests. I was busy getting pictures taken so I had no idea.
