I went to purchase my 2013 ford flex on 2/21 and let me tell you...I have never had such a great experience at a dealership. From start to finish we were out of there in 2 hours. Ben was great! I had a great experience purchasing my vehicle from Expo LA. I met up with Ben and he was very polite, transparent , and communicative with me. The vehicle I bought was as advertised and in excellent condition. He worked hard to get me into the car I wanted and got me a good deal plus extended warranty. I’m very happy. I made an appointment to test drive a car, drove 20 miles, test drove the car and in the middle of the test drive was told that the car was already sold. Terrible customer service. I should have been contact ahead of the appointment. Ben wasted my time. They seemed shady. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone buying a car
