Not reliable, go elsewhere! – Called for a quote on a rather large job and Mike(?) seemed like a nice guy. However a week later when I had my other quotes in hand from 2 other companies, Mike called me to tell me he still had to do research. (He probably forgot or was just blowing it off) I wasn't pleased with that how long it was taking. He then started to argue with me over the phone about it!!
