Worst condominium ever! Our kitchen sink detached from the countertop and we found out that it didn’t have any support except for silicone glue. They refused to provide repairs and no one in property management was willing to help. I am pregnant and I had to find a handyman to fix it right away. What a headache!

One of the best and possibly last few buildings with all amenities and spacious units. Love this building, have been living here since 2020 and cannot say enough good things about it. Management is very responsive and helpful, neighbours are friendly and location is great and convenient. Of course when you have 38 floors and about 10 unit approximately, there are over 1000 people living in a community like that (and that is only 1 of the 4 buildings), some stuff gets complicated like elevator being down/used for moves and ch... read more
