One of the best and possibly last few buildings with all amenities and spacious units. Love this building, have been living here since 2020 and cannot say enough good things about it. Management is very responsive and helpful, neighbours are friendly and location is great and convenient. Of course when you have 38 floors and about 10 unit approximately, there are over 1000 people living in a community like that (and that is only 1 of the 4 buildings), some stuff gets complicated like elevator being down/used for moves and ch... read more

Worst management ever. Try to avoid. My living room wall have been cut out since March for them to play around with 1 fan coil riser pipe. All this work just a money grab and they don’t care to repair the wall have to be constantly on them. This ppl couldn’t manage their own house. Waste. Elevators and amenities constantly have service interruptions
